Wilton Non Stick Diamond Infused Cookie Cooling Review

Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, i can confidently say this cooling rack is not worth the purchase. The rack is not as non-stick as advertised, making it difficult to remove delicate cookies without damaging them .The diamond infused coating is a gimmick and does not improve the performance of the rack. However the rack is sturdy and can hold a good amount of weight. Overall, I would not recommend this product..

This cooling rack was a complete let down. As a result of my tests, I determined that even with the diamond infusion, my cookies still stuck to the rack. The only pro was the sturdy construction but that doesnt outweigh the cons of not being non-stick. Not worth the money for a subpar product in the Bakeware category of Home and Kitchen..

The main reason I bought this bakeware is the handy plastic lid with handle. The problem is that the lid just won't close. I don't know if there was a sprung pan or what the problem was. The design looked like it should have worked, but it didn't. I sent the pot and lid back. I haven't tried others. Also, with the 9x13 pans I had, I never had to worry about using metal utensils in the pan as they were either traditional metal or glass. However, I would hesitate to use a metal spatula on this…
