Weak and messy - but it works.

The hand often falls. If you don't notice, the yarn is wrapping itself around the cog at the bottom. After figuring out that I had to hold my hand, it worked quite simply.

Buy a higher quality winder

The first problem is that it doesn't stay clamped to my table. It's not going well. The yarn does not stay in the holder, which keeps falling. In short, buy a much better quality yarn winder. This costs no money. I'm sending it back.

Works great

Thread positioning loop is a bit flimsy and even when I snap it it falls off very easily. The instructions weren't that great. You really need to hold the tension or the cake will be too fluffy and it will just fall apart. Overall it's a good deal and does what you want, just probably not as well as some of the better ones.
