Arrived on time and exactly as described. It looks like non-woven fabric. You can use them, if very simply, on LCD/LED displays (laptops, computer monitors, TVs, etc.). Do not apply pressure to the surface, just lightly brush away dust and fingerprints. The "cleaner" appears to be water based and does not dry out the plastic, but it does take some time to dry.

They were recommended to me by an antique dealer who said they were great for cleaning glass. We were very happy with them. These Windex plates clean as good and clean as a spray bottle and a rag. The big advantage is that there is no need to put down cleaning cloths when washing and these bags are easy to store / transport.
