While it may seem obvious, this Windex product is a disaster. If you buy and use it, you better plan to spend HOURS AND HOURS restoring your glass to the condition it was in before you started. Firstly the claimed product can reach 11 feet but it's not 100% accurate. If you are 5 feet, good luck. In reality, the pole is only about 4 feet long. However, this is a normal product.
