When setting up Win 10, DO NOT CONNECT TO WIFI until you have finished installing Win 10. If you do this, the machine will go into a "setup" loop that never ends. This computer is very well programmed, very light and the design is very thin which makes it easy to carry. It is very fast on the internet and easy to use even if you are not very tech savvy. Sorry for 4, but Windows is curbing interest in computers. I really like the form factor. Onboard storage is really small, but if you're doing basic things, an external SD card will work. Six hours of battery life as advertised. The quality of the camera reminded me of grainy digital cameras from the 90's. There was a problem establishing and maintaining a WiFi connection. I've tried updating drivers and software to help a little but still couldn't maintain a reliable connection. It would be great if my child didn't have to use ZOOM at school, which requires a reliable connection.
