I bought this for my new 2019 RAM 2500 because I couldn't do without a gas cap. It accelerates well and the magnet stays on the body when filling. The DEF cover also fits. You both look good.

on a 2018 Ram Ecodiesel. Much better than the paper thin paper thin plastic lid it came with. Supplied with additional O-rings. I was blown away by a cheap factory cap on a truck that cost 60,000. I've never done anything this cheap on a new car. Yes, I would recommend buying it.

Bought this for my 2017 Ram 2500 as I don't like the 'no gas cap' idea. It's easier for dirt to get in there. And this cap protects very well from everything. The magnet isn't very strong, but I didn't care. Very tight fit with O-ring. Definitely recommend this to anyone with a brushless fuel system. The seller was very fast and on time.

I got the gas cap and DEF caps and installed them and they fit, but after one ride I found the gas cap difficult to remove with my old arthritic fingers so I got a drawer pull, through drilled the lid and attached a pull rod to the lid to have something else to grab when removing. I also put a light coat of plumber's grease on the o-ring to make it easier to remove. Now it's easier to remove the cover.

Must have less diesel charge for the lid. A little difficult to put on and take off. I fell down a few times while filling up, which of course caused the green trim on the lid. It takes some effort to install the DEF cover with the factory cable, but it is necessary that it does not fall off or get lost. The green cap saved me during a recent DEF tank refill. The spilled DEF may have entered the diesel fuel filler neck.

As described. Aluminum caps for diesel and def. Great quality with a snug fit but not tight enough to not be easy to remove. I love that the diesel engine cover is magnetic which makes it easy to attach to the throttle to reattach after refueling. Would buy it again if lost, but I think it's more realistic if it's stolen first. Also, within a day of purchase, I received a thank you email offering help and support for my item. Excellent these days.
