Description of Professional Valve Spring Compressor Removal and Installation Tool Kit - WINTOOLS Pro Cylinder Head Service Set

Use with the cylinder head still on the engine and in the car, or with the cylinder head removed. Tool bolts to the head while the lever pivots from the base to compress the spring. The tool slides along the depresser tube (shaft) to easily move to from spring to spring for fast removal. SHIPPING-IT will be shipped within 24h, delivery in 7-12 days. Contact us if any problems.

WARNING: Not for high-performance springs

WARNING! Heads 1.8T 20V: fit the head perfectly, good settings, looks high quality but not enough leverage. Even with all my power put on the block, plus 180 pounds, it would barely be enough to compress and with all that there is no chance of grabbing the keeper. Try the C-Clip alongside a constant zero spring compression to remove and reinstall the retainers. You bet a three through no fault of your own.

Good for the price. fits valve tools

Used to replace valve seals on 94 Corolla 1.6. Tool surface quality isn't very good, especially on castings (the part that contacts the spring detent was quite uneven, although not too bad to grind, the price you pay for a budget tool). Air hoses and fittings worked well but a little rough. The crescent shaped pivot on the mount made it a lot less stable (as opposed to a full hole), but a little mechanical wire made it a lot better. I suspect this design should make the transition from valve to

Can be made to work with a little more effort.

I used this to replace the stem seals on a 1991 Honda Civic (D15b1 16 valve engine). I expect the results will be similar on any number of Honda 4 cylinder engines from the 80's and 90's. For many people, this is a one-time job, so the tools need to be good enough for a one-time use. Here it is basically like this. The spring compressor mounts had to be modified to mount to the cylinder head. So make sure you have a grinder to make small changes. It wouldn't work otherwise in my case. After the
