This little grinder works very easily. Insert it into the drill at moderate speed, barely holding the gray center section. I used the WINTOOLS Valve Lapping Pro Tool to lap all the valves on my Subaru engine. This tool makes valve lapping quick and easy. The suction cups worked adequately to hold the valve surfaces with enough traction to press on smaller exhaust valves and larger intake valves. This sped up the operation of each valve. With 4 reinforced cups and insulating drill. Clean the cups and valves with lacquer thinner and off you go! I've seen bad reviews that it doesn't work.
