Using my Google Pixel 5 running Android 12, here's my experience trying to use the Bluetooth feature on this scale. Despite claiming to be compatible with Google Fit and Fitbit, I couldn't get any of those apps to BT connect to this scale no matter what settings or permissions I tried. It's not even listed as a supported device in those apps, so that's no surprise. I can't speak for Apple Health as I obviously use Android.
