You must use both or just the right one, trying to use the left one will not connect. And sometimes when you plug it in, they stay paired with the phone and the batteries die.

The headset sounds very good with music and amazing during a phone call. It looks like they've finally figured out the dual mic here. Battery life is the same as they claim at medium volume, but when you crank it all the way it's a bit shorter, which is to be expected. Definitely recommend it.
