Terrible purchase, only wasted money.

The interface is extremely poor, without the support of the 2022 language. Bought to view IVI and movies from the disc. IvI downloaded, but control in the application was impossible, you constantly need to switch on the remote control from the arrows to the mouse, the desired content is not highlighted - the arrows just move the screen up and down, they cannot sideways. I didn’t even stick a disk into it - the prefix for 400 copes with this. Sent for return

keyboard remote can't turn on the power, you can turn it off but won't turn on which is weird, i have 2, they both look like this

Very disappointing shopping experience.

I rate this product as ZERO (0) I am ordering my first TV box and it is broken. I'm sending back a replacement TV box and it was defective too. My whole experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

You can't turn on the device with the keyboard remote, you can turn it off but can't turn it on, which is weird, I have 2 of them are them both
