Cool Tech, Terrible Stripes

I like the watch so far. Too bad there is no real clockwork - the hands are controlled digitally. It makes sense, but it's disappointing that it's just a digital watch with hands. It's also disappointing that you are NOT supposed to wear it on the inside of your wrist, just so I can wear it comfortably. So far it only seems to be causing problems with blood oxygen levels, but I have to assume that some of the tracking could be inaccurate if I wear it the way I want. When I wear it at night for…

Pros
  • ELECTROCARDIOGRAM ON DEMAND - Detect atrial fibrillation or normal heart rhythm in just 30 seconds with ECG.
Cons
  • Some flaws

Nice health monitor.

Personally, this watch looks better to me than the pictures. I chose the black model. Came in a nice wool case with charger. I'm 5ft 9in, 160lbs and 42mm looks really nice on my wrist. Notifications are easy to read on the screen and you can stop scrolling by turning the crown and read them at your own pace. However, they cannot be returned, answered or called with the watch, which is fine with me as I received it for the sole purpose of tracking atrial fibrillation and doing a medical EKG…

Pros
  • WRIST OXIMETRY - Delivers clinically validated oxygen saturation (SpO2) on demand in just 30 seconds.
Cons
  • Compatibility

Great design, sophisticated execution. Need better guidance!

Feedback update: After using the ScanWatch for a week, I am increasing my rating from 3 to 5 (4.5 is correct). It took a little patience but everything seems to be working, most functions are good. The only problem is that the heart rate monitor sometimes gives inaccurate data during exercise. Sitting or moving slowly is safe. I've compared the results on the ScanWatch to a pulse oximeter, heart rate monitor, timer, and pedometer on other devices, and everything seems almost right. Suggestions…

Pros
  • INTERCHANGEABLE STRAPS β€” If you have multiple straps, they can be swapped out in seconds to wear your ScanWatch your way: leather, silicone or metal.
Cons
