The best thing is that it connects to any database which makes our work easier than before. I have used this software for over 2-3 year now and never been disappointed. All the functions are so well designed that you can't find anything not working perfectly. It also provides very high customer support, always available at your fingertips. Nothing much as such but if you need an easy way out then go ahead! We use it to keep track of all production data from different locations within one place.
