I really like that this is available for all of my staff members since they can be in different locations around our business every day! The best thing so far has been their support team!! I like that there is an option for users to test their knowledge of information security through quizzes. Also it's interactive so they can watch videos or read materials at their own pace. In my experience some of the videos have been outdated. It is difficult to navigate the website when using a mobile device. I like that this is simple enough for all ages to understand without using too many technical terms! It has helped my mom better understand her computer usage, which in turn makes our relationship stronger! There was an option during the install process where I had some difficulties but we figured out what I needed to do so that no matter what I will be able to get help if I run into problems (which won't happen very often).
