it was a great price. It is adjustable so you can choose the thickness of your slice. and can be washed in the dishwasher. You could probably get the same results with a good mandolin.

i use it for chopping garlic, onions, mushrooms and whatever i like, thin and quick gliding. I love useful kitchen helpers and that fits right in. Beautiful and durable, dishwasher safe.

Nice design and functionality! My truffle pieces came out very thin, just like I wanted. Yes, a few times a year is a big investment, but it's definitely worth it. Great brand and great tool.

While this slicer is nice and sharp as it should be, its poor design makes it useless. I've had it for a week now and it's now being held together with zip ties because it fell apart twice and the tiny screws are gone. I didn't buy the cheapest truffle cut but I had to because I spent $30 on a piece of shit!
