The adapter worked fine but by the end of my second ride the top screw came loose and my cage was only hanging on the bottom screw. The threads were so short that there were just over 360 degree threads left after passing through the bottle cages. Plus they were swapped for torque instead of Allen bits - good thing I had an electronic bit set, otherwise I'd be SOL. If I can't get a partial refund for the right gear, or if I can get it for free, stay away from this product.

Love this. My MTB initially holds a bottle. I hate camelback racing and wanted to find a system that could hold two bottles and work great. It's a bomb. I have a full suspension mountain bike, a hardtail mountain bike, and a road bike.
