I bought the black, because I needed Prime fast to go on a trip overseas . This is a very nice weight jacket. I never took the lining out, but I did try the zipper out it was smooth. Jacket seems to be decent quality. The lining is only warm fuzzy material in the torso area. The sleeves are the slippery cold material. The sleeves are short for the jacket too. Also, do not order a larger size for more room. This jacket runs extremely big! I'm normally a 3x. I ordered a 4x(should have ordered a 2x), and it is WAY too big. I have at least ten inches of extra room in this jacket. It did keep me very warm last night in 40 degree weather.

I ordered this jacket to have something warm and waterproof for my Alaskan vacation. I like that it covers my behind, is a bright color, and is easy to adjust the fleece layer inside. The adjustable ties get hung up in stuff sometimes, but I think if you take the time to adjust those first it wouldn't be an issue. I did order a size up from my usual to make it extra roomy, and I was able to layer it with a sweatshirt as well for the extra space.

I'm fine with the coat but it's not the one I ordered through ebay. I thought it was funny that the ebay coat was cheaper than the same coat in the WW catalog. Now I see why since it is not the coat with the fur trimmed hood and that was the coat I wanted. Oh well - not worth returning this one and waiting the super long shipping period.

I don't usually go in for Women Within items, but this jacket is very nice! I love the fit, comfort and the removable fleece liner - I'm going to order another one in a different color.

I returned this jacket after using it on a trip for a few reasons. First, it is very cheap looking (I ordered both black and gray and they both are dull/flat colors). The lining is quite warm and zips in/out easily, however the lining is too long in the sleeves and there is only a single snap at each cuff which does not secure it well and causes the lining to come out of the shell at the arms. Coat is nice looking, fits a bit loose which is o.k. for me since I like to layer. Layering is a good thing, the coat is not that warm by itself but works well as an "overcoat" to block wind/light rain.

Pretty, seems made well. The liner is light, not bulky. the little pulls on the hood and jacket strings are super cheap plastic. They make the coat look cheap.

I had a hard time finding a good jacket for my mom that wasn't too tight but didn't look bulky either. This is perfect. The fleece can be removed for a windbreaker style jacket but for a cooler day it is perfect with the fleece lining. Still not too warm. It runs a tad on the big side but I don't think you need to size down unless you are on the cusp of a size. Love this jacket and so did she.

I’ve been looking for a rain jacket with a decent lining and I was thrilled when I first opened this. But the arms were too tight for me, so unfortunately I’m returning it. Wanted to just go up a size but for some reason the next size up is $20 more?!

Really like this new jacket! Fits nicely, love the color and the zip out lining is cozy for colder days but easily removed as weather warms up. I do wish there was a way to tighten the cuffs at the wrist more - they are a bit loose on me. All around a great jacket - just what I was looking for.

I needed an all weather coat for Fall and Winter. I chose this one because of the price and was pleasantly surprised! I bought it one size larger for when I’m wearing thick sweaters. It fits extremely well and is very comfy! The waterproof outer portion works very well and water just beads and runs off. The zip out lining is very warm and keeps me nice and toasty in very cold weather. I didn’t realize it had a hood until it arrived. That is well hidden, but very handy if unexpected rain showers

I bought this coat because I could also use it as a rain coat in the spring. I am excited with this product I suggest it for anyone who needs a coat. I purposely larger so I could wear my heavy sweaters under Neath great coat.

Everything turned out perfect, I was worried about the fit but it turned out better than expected, love that the hood and lining can be removed when needed. Only thing 'negative' , I would have liked more choices for color, otherwise a great coat!

A bit big and long. I'm short, fat and mean lol. Large in arms and bust. That is new and welcome fit for me finally. I probably could have gone down a size.

I ordered a size up for layering. I don't like a bulky coat, but New England gets COLD! This coat will be a great 3 season choice, especially with the zip-out lining. EVERYTHING is adjustable, the waist, bottom and the cuffs, so it is easy to get the perfect fit. The toggles can be adjusted and then trimmed to length with the caps easily sliding over the knot. The pockets are not a side-slash style, so things won't fall out when moving around. (Biggest pet peeve with my other windbreaker.)…

Reading other reviews I bought this larger. It is bigger but that is fine because I wouldn’t want it to be too small. I haven’t had to use in the rain yet. I always wanted a light rain coat that fits, with my being heavy chest and this does.
