Bought this poncho over a dress for a winter wedding in a cold area of West Virginia. It is very beautiful and sits well on a large body. I'm 5'5, 280 pounds. I really like that it has pockets.

My son loves it and drags him out of bed every morning; he refers to it as his "royal cloak". Score one for Santa! My only caveat is that it's not as thick as a comparable comforter (or as thick as it appears in the photos), but he assures me it's warm enough.

This is a gift for my step daughter (teen) and she loves it. She walked into the living room with a blanket over her and her head the whole time so I thought when I saw that I thought she would like it. It has drawstrings to tie it like a cape which she loves. It's super soft and warm. Worth every penny.
