Honestly, I like them. Easy to use, beautiful colors. However, one of my markers arrived dry and I tried contacting support to get a replacement but the email was bounced back to me as it was an invalid recipient. So there's no way to contact them for a replacement, which to be honest is a bit disappointing. The QR codes they include in the markers also don't exist.
