I got this to keep my hands busy. The guide was very good. A few things I would recommend: 1. Before doing anything, sand everything down lightly before removing anything from the tree. A small file will come in handy in the end. 3. Take your time, some parts are small and may break if you press too hard. Slightly grind the toothpicks.5. Have fun

one of the worst i ever got for my kids bday so i got 2 spent 3 hours building 1 gun ended up working it didnt so i checked and rechecked couldnt find anything to miss so i thought maybe this one is broken (factory defect) so i got another one, wasted 3 hours so i am now the whole one Tag in this s*** and guess what else doesn't work, yeah they look good but they don't work. DO NOT BUY THIS!

I love this design and it took a while to put together which was perfect for me when I needed to do something in my spare time. The individual shops are also interesting and fun to tinker with, but I followed the instructions exactly and couldn't get it right. I've taken it apart and tried different approaches and even redid what I saw in the manual and I just can't pull the trigger when the magazine is loaded. While I was disappointed that I wasn't able to rubber band someone, it's still a joy

Another move promise that doesn't work! Again I followed the instructions on the letters, working slowly and carefully, doing everything the guide told me and nothing! These stupid cogs are too close together and nothing can be done to make even ONE rubber band work. Another major disappointment was when the promise of movement or action of any kind DID NOT WORK. This is outrageous and disappointing. Really disappointing. But at least it was nice to put together. I just wish it would work.

I just finished mine and am very impressed. I'm an adult with average hands and this is perfect! Magazines are very easy to reload. If you follow the instructions you will have no problems. On page 22, the step at the bottom right is to insert the toothpick that goes under the lever in the shop. I skipped this as I think the magazine grips much better if you put it in the gun. Was very difficult to assemble. All the details are very tight-fitting, and sometimes just pulled. Toothpicks were the worst. Many of the pieces were held together with toothpicks, but the toothpick holes were so small that the outside of the toothpick was cut off when the toothpick was inserted. If I try to pinch a toothpick with pliers they just break without penetrating. I ended up having to pinch the toothpick in the center with my fingers and press on it with my weight. Weapon doesn't work properly.
