Misleading Product Description

The product description claims that this serving tray with handles is made of durable wood. However, after purchasing it I quickly realized that it`s made of flimsy and cheap wood that can't handle heavy use. As my tests showed, the tray can easily break or chip, making it unsuitable for busy food service environments.It's disappointing to SEE that this product is categorized under "Tabletop & Serveware" in "Food Service Equipment & Supplies" as it's neither functional nor durable..

Beautifully finished with a style that complements any decor

Superior quality thanks to non-slip feet on the bottom of the tray. It is very durable and will hold groceries, wine bottles or snack trays. It can be worn up or down and fits into any interior. I really like heavy holds. I will buy trays to make gifts. Deliver plates of pastries wrapped in a tray. Make a bottle of wine with cheese, meat and crackers on a tray. Fill a tray with bath salts, bath bombs, lotions and exfoliating mitts for my bath-loving friends. These are just some of my gift…
