I like that it is an all-inclusive program, not just one part of my job or department but everything at once! It's very helpful to see how other departments are doing as well when you're trying implement change throughout our organization. It has been easy to implement into our organization, as well as having minimal impact on existing staff training or resources required to use the tool (i.e., no additional training was needed). I like that it is easy to access, you can get notifications by email or text message when there are updates available for me as well! It has also been helpful with reporting issues at my job site such as unsafe conditions (elevators not working properly). There could be more options regarding scheduling alerts/notifications so they come up quicker than having them pop-up into an inbox after hours have passed sometimes too late to make immediate changes if needed.
