According to my experience, this product did not live up to its claims. While it may be compatible with certain systems, it did not perform well in my industrial process filtration set-up. The polypropylene material felt cheap and flimsy, and I had to replace it much more frequently than I anticipated. On the plus side, the shipping was fast and convenient. However, overall, I would not recommend this product for serious Industrial and Scientific applications.

I have hard water and need to replace this filter every 2 months or so, they do their job and rid household water of iron residue that can build up. It is used with a well water supply system in the house.

Benefits: Water comes out VERY clean. No more smelling and smelling. Makes my (very nasty) city water crystal clear. The best filter level I could find and the price is great! Cons: Not a REAL scam, but the water is stripped of all minerals, so tasteless. Thus, the taste is gone, which can be either negative or positive depending on your preference. Overall it's good value for money and my results are amazing! Fits my Culligan water filter.
