Easy To Use & Extremely Feature Rich Platform

I like that it's easy to use, has many features but also allows you as user to customize your own look/feel for the site! It gives me confidence in knowing my clients will be getting what they need out of their service provider experience with us. Sometimes not all functions work correctly or are difficult at first glance (especially if using mobile). But this can easily been fixed by contacting support through email - which we do almost daily because our sales team cannot always get around…

Pros
  • I think this platform is good for businesses that will have a meeting environment available to them (in a private capacity for those that need it) to allow their clients to view live content on the webinar itself
Cons
  • I think the only thing that I dislike is the potential of confusion on how to navigate this
