Help the knot get frustrated!

I am very disappointed, I was told that the mascara does not roll, it is dosed. I've been told that the eyeliner sets like butter, like chalk. Your product was highly recommended to me, maybe it's just outdated. I'm looking for a good product to stick with. Open to suggestions! About your products. Why do I have these problems with both products?

Great mascara but dries too fast

I love this mascara, it lengthens and thickens my lashes, I have long lashes and love to build them up and it helps but dries too fast .

The formula seems to have changed

I loved this mascara until I bought the newest one. Apparently the formula has changed. It's very difficult to remove, it doesn't peel off well and my eyes are itchy. When it was in the old pipe, everything was different. I will not reorder.

This product was disgusting.

This product has been recommended by respected YouTube beauty gurus and costs a lot for mascara. It arrived dry and smelly. Who knows how old she was. When I let my husband smell it just to be sure, he flinched and said it was awful. I don't know what's going on here, maybe it's just another example of being scammed with inferior goods.

The product didn't last long!

I gave 3 stars because it didn't last long! The mascara in the tube dried up 3 weeks after opening. Liked the product. Provides excellent coverage and color to lashes. Added length.
