The battery compartment can be opened to reveal it. I had to put some aluminum foil on top to lift the battery up a bit, but it came loose after about a day.

Ordered as working/used, received a non-working, slime-filled controller and dead circuit board. Real rip-off at a premium used price.

I could say why it's great but I don't really have to. This is a wireless controller for Xbox 360. It works as it should and allows me to play with more people on my console. It is what it is and it's great.

Bought used from BigDaddyDon1981 in good condition but smelled strongly of cigarettes. It was just gross. I used a spray with diluted bleach, then tried plain water, then tried white vinegar, then water again. It worked for hard plastic, but the funk stuck deep in the rubber analog sticks. I finally managed to disassemble them completely and soak them in soapy water in an ultrasonic cleaner. Too much work to finally get it to "good" condition.

Thumbsticks that have been torn off unevenly, evidently by fire, acid or as if chewed by an animal. The controller is covered in ugly blisters, as if burned with wax, and there are voluminous stains of a sickly hue everywhere. Every engraved surface and seam, including the back and start buttons, shutter button, and the Microsoft logo, hides an incomprehensible brown fiction.
