Excellent Learning Management System

The ability for employees, as well as HR staff members has access with ease without having any technical knowledge or experience required! Very user friendly application allowing everyone from entry level personnel right up through senior leadership team have equal opportunity at using this tool. I believe it would be beneficial if there were more training options available so those who are less computer savvy could also participate equally within their organization's success (even though they

  • I did not like that it was hard to learn to use the system (although that was somewhat of a learning curve for me)

Great Time Tracking Software: Xerpa

It helps us keep track of our employees' attendance, sick leave, vacation time and holidays. It also tracks other employee information such as emails, phone numbers etc. There are some features I dislike about it. Sometimes when you click on an email address you don't get the option to open the attachment or reply to the email. But this is very minor. I would say overall I like this software.
