I have recommended including a note in the package detailing the initial voltage setting procedure. The voltage adjustment potentiometer (brass) may need to be turned counterclockwise many times to bring the unit into adjustment range. Except for this small point it works great.

Installed on my granddaughter's breadboard to run a DC accessory from AC, works great, be careful with the instructions but easy to understand. Suggest using a multimeter before connecting the DC output voltage, which needs to be adjusted for my application (turn the small brass screw to adjust the output voltage).
