Xlear Spry Cool Mint Oral Rinse: Clear and Refreshing (2-Pack, 16 oz) Review

With the first bottle, I only noticed maggots in the cap after a few uses. I noticed some larvae. I thought it was somehow my fault so I threw the bottle away and opened a second one. I used it ONCE, cleaned the lid thoroughly and THE NEXT DAY there was maggots in the lid AGAIN. Absolutely disgusting! I have no idea how that could have happened unless it was made by such a manufacturer.

The whole family will enjoy Spry Mouthwash. We have two orthodontists in our family and this mouthwash works really well. It also doesn't tolerate bad breath very well, which is very important for our son, who doesn't always get into all the corners of his mouth when brushing his teeth. Great mouthwash! Keep away from pets as it contains xylitol and is harmful to them.

In the short term it's hard to say if this will make any real difference. The taste is ok, maybe a little better, but not outstanding. My last teeth cleaning went very well. I tried to gargle when my throat was itchy. All in all worth a try. If the placebo effect bothers you, don't complain.

Flavor makes the last rinse of the day that much more enjoyable, although the cost is a bit steep for most budgets. The lid is a bit difficult to remove, so a separate bottle is desirable for frequent use and washing. Good to know that it fights bacteria etc without resorting to alcohol.

I love this mouthwash! This is the only one I use! It leaves a minty fresh breath and contains no toxic or questionable ingredients.
