I really like these things! "Cool Mom" having baking soda in the fridge is way nicer than an open box of baking soda. Also, a "hot mom" microwave cleaner reminds me to clean my microwave a lot more often since I usually only use a cup of water, but now that I have it as a reminder I can monitor my cleaning better. I have wanted to buy this product for a long time so I was very excited when I finally did. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of "mama". They are great for refrigerators and microwaves. I've used both before but still don't understand the usefulness of a microwave cleaner for not getting stuck on a sticky surface. I figured I could wipe out the inside fairly easily, but I still had to clean after the first use. Next time I'll run the microwave for a few more minutes to loosen the dirt.

I am stunned by the poor quality of these two gadgets, as well as the poorly written and rather obscure instructions that were included. First, they're made out of fairly hard plastic that gave off a weird smell when microwaved. Can't say I recommend it for the functionality. It's more for novelty. At first I wanted a microwave, but a double for the fridge was tempting. However, a box of baking soda in the fridge works better than this. I've had it in the fridge for a few weeks and it doesn't do much more than take up space.
