YaeTek Single Trumpet Chrome Compressor Review

The horn I was going to buy looked the same but was $10 less. It's noisy. Easy two wire installation as I just unplugged my factory horn and plugged the wires (+/-) straight into the pump.

Had to return this air pup motor, even at 50 amps no air hour sounded. I hooked up a horn tube to my compressor and the horn was very busy and worked fine. This air pump is garbage. If you have an air supply and only need a french horn, this horn will do.

WOW! This system is so loud and under $20 you can't go wrong. I started the pump. "not connected to horn" and it was using a lot of amp so I put a few drops of oil on the input side. This seemed to allow the pump to run at higher RPMs and faster. Can solve the pump issues some of the reviews are talking about. Might help him last longer too, we'll see. I think a small foam filter (chainsaw air filter) glued in place would be a good idea for any air pump. For less than $20 I can get a few more…

Wanted to replace the horn on my bike because Harley horns aren't loud. Tested it before installing and it has a deeper sound. A strap was used to attach it to the rear and the front was attached to the factory hardware with a cable tie.
