YaHoGa Drawstring Shoelaces Clothing Backpack Review

I used this to drawstring the bottom hem of my parka to keep drafts out. Worked great. I found it useful to bend the cord an inch, wrap the thread around it, and then thread it through the hole I made in the hem. It didn't last long and made my slightly oversized parka much warmer with no drafts.

They have all kinds of uses. Well made and durable. Double gauge 1/8 inch cord works well. They come with a hole which wasn't entirely clear in the description - just what I was looking for. I would buy them again. As you can see from the photos, attaching finger cymbals to a stand or my hand is one of the many uses.

I make face masks that use a cord and then tie it at the back of the head. I didn't like tying the cables behind my back as it felt awkward so I figured I needed cable ties. They arrived on the promised time and included a bundle of elastic cord. I found them easy to use and hold 1/8" thick cords securely. I have machine washed and machine dried my masks many times and the cord holders have survived the washer and dryer just fine. I needed!

I ordered this to replace the drawstring on my cycling shorts. Replaced the rope yesterday and put on shorts for a test. That works fine. I also like the fact that the kit comes with a large amount of materials, both ropes and clips that can be used for any other clothing you need them for. It also saved me from having to buy another expensive pair of mountain bike shorts. Fox cycling shorts are expensive. The set has paid for itself with a single use. Good business.

I'm a long-distance runner and constantly switching. I bought this backpack to add some elastic drawstring loops to my hydration belt to hold burn gels during marathons. I wrapped rubber bands around some wooden beads, threaded them through buttons, and zigzag stitched them to my waistband on my wife's sewing machine. It was exactly what I needed. Now I can easily have my gels on hand when I run the Boston Marathon next week!

I bought these for non advertised use. I needed something to make my light strips easily adjustable, but mostly just for hanging them. For my use they are great! No problems with the cord or stoppers. Mind you, the panels only weigh about 2.2 pounds, but the cord was cut to the length I needed and stretched just enough without over-stretching.
