Nice flexible hose - NOT Heavy Duty.

This hose is a little bit undersized. It feels tiny compared to our other 5/8 hoses. It is listed as "Heavy Duty", but it feels pretty flimsy and thin. It's way smaller diameter than my other 5/8 hoses and about half the thickness of my 3/4in hose. The end fittings also have a restricted/small (about 7/16in) opening in the fitting which further cuts back on the flow. You can see in the picture the comparison of the Yamatic on the right and an old 5/8 hose on the left.While I wouldn't call this…

  • Hose appears as good quality. The snap in parts arrived two + weeks before the hose arrived.

Super Duper Quality Hose

We recently bought from YAMATIC Power Center a superior quality garden hose that is kink free and has tough, functional brass fittings. We recommend the hose and want to say that YAMATIC is a terrific company. They patiently resolved an issue we had with the hose's dimensions that owed not to the hose but rather to our lack of math skills. If you want to buy a great hose from a great company, buy it from YAMATIC Power Center.

Kinky mess best in my review

This product was listed as medium duty which is not even close in my opinion. I have a light duty hose that is better than this product. It constantly kinks and requires great effort to wind up. I would have returned it except for the fact I didn't keep the original packaging. SHAME ON ME!

Kink really easy. Trying to use when the sun is shining hose kinks really easy

Just trying to fill pool hose collapsed to about 1/2 diameter. Warm hose cold water going through hose. Also connector for faucet it tight when trying to put on and off faucet I frequently use hose to turn fitting onto faucet then unkink hose after getting it started.

  • The hose works well. It doesn't seem to be a full 5/8" in diameter as compared to other hoses.
Cons
  • May kink or tangle easily, causing interruptions during use
