👞 Black Tall Shoe Rack for Home - Yamazaki Review

I'm taking off a star because I think it's a little pricey for what it is. However, it is very difficult to find such vertical shelves for shoes. Otherwise I'm very happy with it because it fits perfectly in my closet, it was very easy to assemble and it's very durable. I wish it was bigger to fit more shoes but it will do.

Awesome! Fits vertically in my small entryway, just what I was looking for. If you need a modern, stylish and tidy shoe rack with a small footprint, then this is the perfect choice! It's lightweight so certainly not the most durable piece of furniture, but for five pairs of shoes it's great! It is perfect for size 10 men's shoes.

This is the perfect shoe rack for our small entryway. It will only fit in size 11 men's shoes and size 10 women's shoes if you put on a heel first. To be honest it looks better if we close the toes in front, we just take them out and put them back in and keep the laces tight. This is the third Yamazaki item we have in the hall (the other two hangers and the table) and they look great together. Very impressed with this company!

Exactly what I was looking for and was happy to collect. There are four simple screws and I wanted to assemble them without asking my husband for help. When I opened the screw pack I had one screw, but it took me four to complete the assembly. My husband can go to the hardware store and buy more screws, but given the cost of the item I have to get all four screws! I was disappointed.

Good for what it is but a little overpriced hence 1 star deducted. I deducted another star because there was only 1 screw in the small zippered pocket. You might think that if you pay a hefty price for it, you'll get all the details, but no. It comes with 1 screw when you need 4 to hold the two pieces together. The people pulling this must be drugged because according to other reviewers I'm not the only one with this problem.

I was trying to find an alternative to this shoe rack as it's too expensive for what it is but there wasn't much in stock. This also works well on women's shoes, but men's shoes (size 9) don't fit or are tight. This is a bit of a shame as I really wish my husband's shoes were off the floor but as it takes a bit more strength to squeeze his shoes together the shoes end up on the floor. Otherwise I like the look, clean and simple and also easy to assemble.

The wide tray is good but as others have said it would be much better if it was a bit wider to accommodate 3 pairs in each row instead of 2 ½ pairs. You can't just pick up and leave, you have to be careful not to take off your shoes! Use for women's size 9 on very low pile carpet - may be a little tricky with larger shoes. The minimalist design is one of the reasons I like it. Anything obtrusive will clutter up the space. Another reason I love it is that it includes all 5 pairs of my most worn casual shoes! I used to get annoyed multiple times a day by tripping over my shoes at the entrance to my tiny apartment (which is also my kitchen). Now the floor is neat and clean. Assembly? Which structure? I just took out my screwdriver and installed 4 small screws connecting the bottom of the rack to the top. Voila! And…
