I bought the same cat tent more than 3 years ago. Now it just needs to be swapped. He stood on the deck, not moving anywhere. Survived the Pacific Northwest sun, rain, snow, wind (weighted down with bricks in every corner). My cat feels very comfortable in her open room.

Well I liked this product it was easy to set up. I tried using this in the introductory phase with two cats but gave up. I think that at this stage of cat dating, you should have both cats on an equal footing. So one in the tent and one outside made the one inside maybe look a bit like "booty". If this tent didn't have two openings I would probably return it. It looks solid but is not built for an animal to crawl through. It is rectangular, i.e. rather narrow between the two tunnel openings. The holes themselves are quite high off the ground, about a few inches. So when you connect the tunnel, the tunnel will be pulled up (to get to the lightning), creating a barrier for the animals to climb over. Well when I ordered this I expected that the aviary would be good enough to keep my two kittens inside if we wanted to open the doors to the outside. Then he took and laid! This thing is BIG!
