Does the job but wear it one a day for about 2-3 days BEFORE you need to wear it for an event so that you aren't killing yourself trying to squeeze into it right before the important moments or you're gonna wear yourself out! 😩😴😅

I ordered 3X first, sent it back for a 5X and its still.too small. I'm going to need a refund for that. May cause alignment issues for the spine!

I ordered a XL. The first few days I just wore it for about 2-3 hours, then I extended it for 4-6 hours. I've had it now for 2 weeks and it's real comfortable. I had to initially get use to the zipper opening to use the bathroom but other than that. I really like this shaper. When Itake it off, I leave all the hooks in the front connected together except for the top two, that makes it easier for me taking it off/on.

Upon receiving this product I immediately tried it on and it fit perfectly. I've been wearing it now for a few hours and I love it! It's comfortable, my posture feels better, my back doesn't hurt, and my waist looks slimmer while wearing it. I can't wait to see the results of this waist trainer because there isn't a doubt in my mind there won't be! Excellent product by all around!

It gives great back support. It holds your stomach in and support the shoulders. I still have it. I had to stop wear in due to the hot days. I leave work my whole back and stomach just wet with sweat.

I should have sized up more, but what I got worked if I sucked in a little more lol made my boobs look good too, my husband says lol

I'm 5'3" 200lbs and bought a large. I love the fit. Does what it's supposed to do. Definitely sucks me and and lifts my booty. I can wear it all day to work and into evenings and it's still comfortable. I will say that I did not go by the measurement guide. My measurements are larger but I had a different brand that was an extra large and was too big. I think it really depends a lot on your body build.

Bought this to go under body con dress for a wedding and i love it! It was very comfortable and made me look snatched! For reference I’m 260lbs and wore a 2xl. Now it was a bit of a struggle getting in but once on fabulous!

I loved how slimming and smoothing this gaja was! It made my mom bod look amazing! However it kept rolling down my back no matter how many times I tried to fix it so it would stay up. I'm so bummed and will have to return.

I stand a lot because of my job so I was looking for something that will give me a good butt lift and can hide my tummy underneath my uniform. I was so happy to finally try this shapewear on. It's super comfortable and the sizing is standard. I wore it under my uniforms all day and I love how it gave my a snitch around the waist but still comfortable enough to wear it all day.

Product too small and this item is only allowed to be returned to a UPS store and not a hub. UPS is a hour away from my location. Fuel alone would cost me what the item cost.
