I was really hoping that these blocks would be well made because I've looked at a few different brands and been a bit disappointed in what I saw and felt.This is NOT the case with these blocks at all. They're foam is super light weight but incredibly dense and sturdy. It doesn't just disintegrate or flatten out like a pancake after one use. The strap is the softest yoga strap I have ever used. Usually, straps are stiff and a little bumpy with terrible edges that hurt to grip, but this strap is nothing like that.
