Description of Yokohama Bluearth-Es ES32 185/60 R14 82H summer
The target audience of the Yokohama Bluearth ES32 summer tire is owners of small passenger cars. Developed with BluEarth Technology, a set of ingenious solutions that ensures the tire has reliability in difficult weather conditions, low fuel consumption and long mileage before replacement.
The running part of the tread is made of a rubber compound, which is developed and produced using nano-technologies. This ensures high uniformity of the compound, regardless of the number and properties of the components contained in it. One of them is orange peel oil. With its help, the tensile and tensile strength of the rubber compound is increased, which is maintained over a wide temperature range. As a result, the tread remains grippy on rain-cold surfaces and resistant to heat during prolonged high-speed driving. In addition, this compound made it possible to significantly increase the level of "silica", which also led to improved grip on wet surfaces.
Optimized breaker.
Located directly under the tread, the breaker has an optimized design that improves a number of performance properties. This element is increased in width and contains an additional synthetic cord, the fibers of which are arranged longitudinally without any seams and joints. This "substrate" increases the wear resistance of the tread and reduces rolling resistance, which extends the life and improves the fuel-saving properties of the tire, respectively.
Z-groove in the middle.
Exactly in the middle of the tread is a longitudinal drainage groove. The Z-shape expands the functionality of this element. In addition to improving hydroplaning resistance, it further improves grip stability on wet surfaces.
Management precision.
In motion, the tire demonstrates speed and precision in handling. This is largely due to the design of the shoulder zones. The blocks forming them are deployed across and interconnected by a wide continuous longitudinal rib. The mobility of the blocks thus limited allows the transfer of lateral acceleration forces to the steering wheel with high precision and speed. The result is ease of operation with very transparent feedback.
