Good bit for the money thought it might take 4 or 5 passes but it was in 3. Just as sharp as the start make 5 raised panel doors and save some cash with this bit.
Very poor quality. In fact, you can see jagged edges from the grinding process. Leaves a very poor surface finish. Not that I'm expecting the quality of CMT or Whiteside at this price point, but I don't think they should be used under any circumstances. They will brighten up your life after using them. I would send them back but I have already thrown away the packaging they came in.
I'm not an experienced router so my review should be read the same way. I had to put the wood through the chisel - the wood isn't even at the end. I needed this specific shape to match another router job in an old house. My router has 2.25 hp and I drilled through the soft wood with just a few hits. I probably won't be using the racquet very often, so if racquet durability is an issue, I'll never know. I practiced on many, many details, making the two large door panels that I needed to make and
