Not quite 3/4 " is best in cutters

The final cut of the largest cutter was about 0.72" in diameter instead of 0.75". It was also too heavy to unbox without damaging the wooden box or the racquet itself.The 2" shank offered ample stability for my 2HP router and the vibration was minimal considering the amount of material removed.

A few problems with Muscle Chuck

I mainly use Bosch, Diablo and Rockler bits. Flawless, perfect fit, never disappoints. I bought them because they got great reviews. Only 3 out of 5 attachments fit on my muscle chuck. In addition, each nozzle sits differently than the others. One fell right in. Two would fit, but only with a little help. The last two didn't stand a chance. I contacted Precision Bits. They asked for photos. After I sent them in they quickly replaced the 2 bits that didn't fit and the replacement did. I realize…

Received this set last night and started using it straight away. I experimented with a 1/4" radius first and had no problems, it made clean cuts and was generally happy with it. I then set up the largest of the set, a 3/8" radius, to use around some wood loops I had a solid 3/4" x 6" x 12" piece of yellow pine for my test, so I walked about 4 feet on the surface of the chisel before noticing yellow discoloration on the inside edge of the wood.
