Good quality for the price.

This is really a good price for coax that is weatherproof. Great for wire antennas where the coax is out in the weather. That's my feedback.

Broken already! best in my review

Screwed on to my radio once, unscrewed to move radio. Screwing the coax back in and the coupler came apart in my hand. Expect better quality than that!

Misleading / inaccurate advertised specifications

Among the product photos is the manufacturers data sheet on this RG58. It clearly indicates the center conductor is copper however the product I received has the cheap steel center conductor.

Cable is okay. Connectors not so much

The cable tests out okay, but these are some of the flimsiest PL-259 connectors I've seen, especially the center pin. Using for a portable antenna setup and after about a dozen cycles of connecting and disconnecting from an antenna, one of the center pins is wobbling from obvious metal fatigue. Considering the price, and if it weren't a simple job to crimp on a new PL-259, this would be a one-star review at best.

For my 2 meter groundplane. Very pleased. Would certainly buy again.

I bought this to connect my 2 meter groundplane to my transceiver. Yes, I know that an RG-8 would be better, but in my application I needed a smaller, lighter cable. The repeaters I want to reach are 15 and 30 miles away, and I reach them just fine with my Yaesu transceiver. Very pleased. Would certainly buy this again.

Great companion with the Nagoya UT-72 Super Loading Coil 19-Inch Magnetic Mount Antenna

On April 30, 2021 I passed the Amateur Radio Technician examination and received my call sign from the FCC at the Technician class.My first radio purchases were an AT-D878UVII Pro and BTech UV-5x3. These handheld units don't come with the best antenna for either an apartment or automobile.
