These pants were perfect for my son's day farm camp. I washed them every night and the dirt and grass stains were gone immediately. In addition, they dried very quickly. My son loved the fit and that they were still cool. He is a very tall 9 year old and they fit well.

I bought the size for children 4-5 years old. They can be adjusted at the waist, which I always appreciate. The material is great and light for non-winter hikes and they look great. However, I do hem the pant a full two inches for a 42 inch kid. Definitely recommend for older kids.

Unfortunately WAY small. My child is 13 years old, 5'4", weighs about 125 pounds and has an athletic build. I originally ordered a large and returned it for a size XL (which is said to be for a 15-16 year old. It's incredibly small for him so I think we're adult sizing. 4 stars for the product itself, like it seems good 2 stars for size recommendation 3 stars average

The pair we ordered fitted very well with little room to grow. I like that they are lightweight and that he can wear pants underneath.
