The hand pump adopts aluminium cylinder with a -20 to 0inHg vacuum & 0 to 40psi pressure gauge. Move the collar on the cylinder forward and pump for vacuum, move rearward and pump for inflating pressure, pump and then move the collar for releasing pressure. The 2 20"L, 2 4"L and 1 3"L transport hoses are transparent, help to observe if the waste oil is all pumped out, and when you see the clear new brake oil is sucked out in the hose without any air bubble, then done.
