Poor performance. The pillow foam is too soft and compresses so much that the "buoyancy” disappears. The upholstery materials are slick and the cushion doesn't stay in place, especially on leather seats. Not recommended.

Height needs to be increased to accommodate little old lady syndrome. It worked well and now I feel on top of the world. I went back and took a second one so my passengers could accompany me there. I drive a 25 year old Suburu with a Little Old Lady 67,000 miles but the seat failed and the rest of the car did. I think I can drive it another 67,000 miles now.

$50,000 Car: uncomfortable car seats with poor inclination. I especially like that this pillow has a zipper so you can remove the cover. I took out the pillow and cut a piece to fit my car seat which was raised in the front. I just had to lift my back a little. Worked very well. I just ordered a third one as a back support so my head doesn't get pushed forward by the headrest. (Who designs these car seats anyway?) Good quality, great looking and comfortable.

This wedge is very strong but small. I didn't check the size carefully enough I think. I thought I would have to return it but found another way to use it. There is a few inches of space between my desk and the back of the chair, I've used a small cushion in the past but I've found this bridges the gap well. For my usage there are a few things I like about a pillow and a few things I don't like. I use it in my golf cart which has very poor suspension performance. From the point of view of the pillow, everything is fine. A little worried about the durability of the support pillow. I weigh 220 pounds. I bought it for my Nissan Cube. This car has a good tilt to the back of the driver's seat and cannot be adjusted. Before pregnancy it was comfortable. I have a partial coccyx dislocation from birth and the angle of this seat is killing my tailbone. I've tried stuffing towels and other things in the dip to no avail. While this pillow helps. I am very satisfied and impressed with it. I saw a physical therapist who said that using a wedge pillow like this is very beneficial, especially for those who have back problems. The hips rise above the knees as they should. I have tried coccyx cushions but they are not what I needed. My problem is not the tailbone.
