Didn't initially work on my Canon MG5720. The code says it doesn't recognize magenta and cyan ink. Does not print - do not miss the message. Pulled it out and flipped it a few times. That does not work. I turned it off and on again, still doesn't work. I took out the cyan cartridge and replaced it with a genuine Canon cartridge. Tried to print again. This worked without the magenta checkmark. Just replaced the yellow one and he accepted it. Not sure why it didn't work initially?

For years I was afraid of using a different manufacturer's printer for my Cannon printer and only bought replacement Cannon ink cartridges. tat (tat), I didn't want to spend any more money buying very expensive replacement cartridges. I was concerned about ordering non-OEM cartridges. Last time I was somewhere and refilled the OEM but the printer didn't register it as full because the chip counts the pages, not the remaining ink. Anyway, this is for my son's school printer and it doesn't print photos or anything so it was worth the risk. In the end, however, there was no risk. They work great, are registered in the printer as Canon cartridges (even though they aren't) and print just fine. I had no leaks and they installed…

Impressed so far. The print quality is excellent. The printer recognized them as genuine remanufactured cartridges. The real test will be to see if they last as long as they should. If so, I will definitely buy another set. EZ Ink's customer service was also excellent and responded quickly to every question I sent to them.

My main printer is Laser, Therefore, my Canon TS6020 is rarely used. As a result, ink in cartridges often dries out before they are used. I find it difficult to pay the premium price for Canon ink for a low volume printer so I was very interested in these EZ compatible cartridges. I've been burned before by cartridges from other companies that are not the actual manufacturer of the printer. However, they worked great. Good price. Arrived packaged as promised. Not wrapped in bubble wrap or plastic bags as has happened to me in the past. Now for the bad news. Fits my Canon printer and the printer recognizes the cartridges. That's all positive. If you need to print something in high quality in colour, buy genuine Canon ink. I never print anything of value, so that's fine with me. But the printed colors aren't even close to what they should be. I mainly use them to fill gaps as I only print in grayscale. I was very skeptical at first. I plugged them in and the printer immediately recognized them as Canon ink cartridges. This was a great relief for me. I only used 3 colors because the 2 blacks still had ink in them. I printed some black and white pages and 2 color pages, everything works great. That's an incredible saving.
