I work in IT and have always been skeptical of non-OEM inks. Now that my printer is a bit outdated (but the ink price has gone up), I decided to give these cartridges a try. I was positively surprised. They were well packaged in plastic and easy to install. I like that the cartridges are transparent so you can see how much ink is in them. Additionally, there are TWO large black cartridges in this set, so I'll get by with that for a while. I would recommend them and plan to buy them again.

I put in these ink cartridges and received an incompatible, missing or damaged ink cartridge in my HP 6500 Officejet. I went to the EZlink website to try and find a solution. Unfortunately, it was not in the list at the same time and when I selected my printer. Although my printer accepts 920 cartridges, it is most likely not listed as a compatible printer on the website. Do your homework and visit the EZlink website and make sure your printer is listed before you buy.

The description on the product page is misleading. This is not like HP 920XL, will not work with OfficeJet 7000 wide format. I spent almost an hour trying to fix the error by restarting the printer multiple times. Although it turns off some of the colored lights, there's always one left, either cyan or magenta. I finally managed to get the printer to grab the paper and try to print something, but the page was blank, nothing printed. This was frustrating as I was in dire need of ink.

Nice instruction warning you not to squeeze the cartridge and I obviously did and a bunch of black ink spilled on the printer and on my tiled floor thankfully it was over Porcelain tiles and not in the joints the seam or I would be screwed. Cleaned ceramic tiles with alcohol. Not sure about black but the color cartridges are clear so you can see ink levels which is good but these cartridges are really thin walled and every time you turn on the printer it says you have Counterpit ink that is not

Okay, I've ordered replacement cartridges from one to twenty different Revain suppliers in my life (who wants to pay full price?) and this is by far the best. all cartridges are brimming and fully functional when I printed the Ink Report on my HP 6500A. Second, they don't just ship them in a refill pouch, they shrink wrap each cartridge and then pack them in their own strong individual box with instructions/warranty/support contact information. I have bought 920 XL cartridges from other manufacturers in the past and they worked in my printer. For some reason they don't exist.
