Poor quality!: evening bags

I am very disappointed in the quality of this product. The bead bag arrived damaged, the large bead on the top (hole) came with all the scuffs and scratches, and the bag also has threads sticking out. I don't mind threads sticking out because I can easily trim them, but what do I do with the top of the bag that has a giant bead that's all cut up? Very bad quality. I could have bought this bag from another seller at a reduced price, big mistake!
