At an unbeatable price of around $7, this item is a great deal to start with. I used this face mask in -6 degrees and was very surprised how well it worked, my face didn't get cold at all and I was in this weather for over 3 hours. The smell is good or bad that I washed the mask before using it. The mask snaps into place with velcro and the velcro feels solid. I've washed it about 10 times or so and it still works great. I bought this primarily because I wanted to run outside when it gets cold without freezing. It covers the exposed parts of my face and lets me breathe quite comfortably.
