Tried to mash a boiled and soft potato that was cut in half and they bent on the first try. The material and workmanship were of rather poor quality. Returned.

Ricer is easy to clean but the bowl has sharp edges. The packaging advertised an extra cup that was not included. Rice vegetables make them very creamy. winner in my book.

Absolutely not premium stainless steel (or any stainless steel I've ever used in the kitchen). Very poor quality and performance. Faded after first use in the dishwasher. See photo.

I use this to make konjac noodles, I like shirataki noodles because they are low in calories but the thinner they are the less texture they have. For this reason I use this potato rice cooker to thicken the noodles. I also use a potato rice cooker because it's easier to maneuver over a pot of hot water.

The product is well made of durable stainless steel. It is very easy to use and the handles are comfortable to use. The potatoes become smooth and are very easy to process into dumplings. I am very happy with this product and would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys making fresh gnocchi at home.

For the money it was fine for basic use but when you're making 5lb potatoes it didn't work. The design was a problem with two main flaws1. The crusher entered the canister at a 45 degree angle, which created a mess and some of the potatoes sloshed over the top of the canister when squeezed. 2. The pulp discs just sat on the bottom of the canister and stuck to the trigger and had to be put back into the canister each time they were used.
