Description of ZealSchedule

ZealSchedule is an appointment scheduling software designed to help businesses in medical, healthcare, fitness, and other industries manage bookings, notifications, payments, and more. It offers an online webpage, which enables organizations to create and list services, track sales, and schedule appointments. The application lets employees send automated reminders about upcoming bookings, canceled or rescheduled appointments, and confirmation messages to customers via email or text messages. ZealSchedule offers a variety of features including time zone detection, data import/export, reporting, role-based access, custom templates, and more. Managers can use the application to assign tasks to team members, add notes to customer profiles, automate workflows, and handle leads. ZealSchedule provides an API and supports integration with Zapier, which lets businesses connect the system with several third-party platforms such as HubSpot, Zoom, Intercom, Webflow, and more. It also allows administrators to synchronize booking data across Google or Outlook calendars and connect with various payments gateways including Paypal, Stripe, and Razorpay.

Great Platform For Text Marketing Campaigns

I like how easy it was for my clients (and myself)to use! The customer service from the team at ZEALSCHEDULE has been excellent as well - they are always quick with responses when we have questions about their platform or features that need tweaking/enhancing. We've had no issues so far using this program but if there were any glitches along the way you can be sure our support staff would make things right very quickly!! If your looking into something new then look elsewhere-this isn't worth…

  • Very intuitive app, lots different ways in which schedules could easily work within an organization's structure; ease is key here.it really does seem simple enough even those who haven’t used scheduling software before will pick up fairly rapidly..we just started testing last month now already seeing increased productivity due mainly do these 3 main factors 1st off ease factor2ndly automation3D customization available

Great experience overall - just wish support was better

I love how easy it is to use since it has all of the features that are necessary for my business. I dislike how slow it can be at times when you try to add new information or make changes. Sometimes it takes a while for some updates to go through. The customer service is also not always available when needed. As long as it's working, there's really nothing I have disliked about this program. We're able to track our appointments and keep up with our scheduled time. I like that it's very easy for
